Just Wi-Fi Ltd ("Just Wi-Fi", "we", "us", "our") is a WiFi installation and managed service company registered in England and Wales. We provide WiFi solutions for holiday parks, marinas, campsites and small businesses across the United Kingdom.

We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website and our services.
What data we collect and why
Enquiry and quote forms
When you submit a quote request or contact form, we collect: your name, email address, phone number, business name, site address and any details you provide about your WiFi requirements.
Lawful basis: Legitimate interests (responding to your enquiry) and pre-contractual necessity (preparing a quote).
Retention: We retain enquiry data for 3 years from last contact, or until you ask us to delete it.
Support tickets
When you submit a support ticket, we collect: your name, email, a description of your issue and any files you attach. We may also collect your site reference and system identifiers to help diagnose the issue.
Lawful basis: Contractual necessity (supporting customers under a service agreement).
Retention: 5 years from ticket resolution, for audit and warranty purposes.
Newsletter sign-up
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address and optionally your name.
Lawful basis: Consent (you explicitly opted in).
Retention: Until you unsubscribe, at which point we delete your data within 30 days.
Website analytics
We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how visitors use our website. This may collect anonymised or pseudonymised data including pages visited, referrer, browser type and approximate geographic location (country/region level).
Lawful basis: Legitimate interests (improving our website).

Who we share your data with
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:
- Email delivery services (e.g. Brevo/Sendinblue), to send transactional emails (quote confirmations, support acknowledgements). Processed under a Data Processing Agreement.
- Analytics providers, anonymised usage data only, under appropriate DPAs.
- Legal authorities, if required by law or valid court order.
We do not use your data for advertising purposes or share it with third parties for marketing.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access, request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Rectification, ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Erasure, ask us to delete your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
- Restriction, ask us to restrict processing of your data
- Portability, receive your data in a machine-readable format
- Objection, object to processing based on legitimate interests
- Withdraw consent, at any time for processing based on consent (e.g. newsletter)
To exercise any of these rights, email hello@justwifi.co.uk. We will respond within 30 days. If you are unsatisfied with our response, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
Data security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure. Our API endpoints use CSRF protection, rate limiting and encrypted connections. Lead data is stored in restricted-access log files on our hosting infrastructure.
International transfers
We aim to keep data within the UK and European Economic Area. Where third-party services operate outside this area (e.g. certain analytics tools), we ensure adequate protection via Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email to newsletter subscribers or a notice on this page. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
